A day out of Nauvoo

A couple of P days ago, my friend, Sister Judy Sandstrom, and I left at 6:00 am and drove to St. Louis, MO. We had a wonderful day. It was strange to be so far from Nauvoo. First we attended a session at the beautiful St. Louis temple. The flowers were gorgeous. We had lunch in a cute little pub, then we walked to the arch and took the tram to the observation area at the top. What a great day! We were home by 6:00 pm so that S/Sandstrom could perform in "Rendezvous in Old Nauvoo" that night.

  1. Brenda, When the site came up and I saw the pictures I thought you must be in the arch in St. Louis. When we were there we met the mission president and some sister missionaries at the top of the arch. Congrats on the new
    granddaughter.
